Wine tasting and tour at Corisca

The Corisca wine estate is always open for guests and wine lovers. The staff will welcome you to their estate and take you to their vineyard plots, where you will know about the organic methods of vine cultivation. They will also show you their winemaking process and the various techniques involved in it, including fermentation and ageing of wines.

After the tour, taste wines from their two brands with the winemaker who will tell you about the philosophy and features of each wine. To go along with your wine, you can order organic snacks, organic cheese, or potato omelet.

The Corisca has also a restaurant service with prior reservation. For a minimum of 10 people with a closed menu accompanied by thier wines. The kitchen is with organic and local products.
