Kiossev Boutique Wine Cellar, Specializes in Quality Wines

Kiossev Boutique Wine Cellar specializes in producing high-end wines of limited quantity, wine for true connoisseurs and collectors. The winery is located in the village of Ilindentsi, at the foot of the Pririn Mountains. The area has a deep winemaking tradition, and several wine fairs have been organized throughout time. The village is surrounded by mountains only, and it is in one of the cleanest areas in the country.

At Kiossev Boutique Wine Cellar, each wine series consists of only 300 to 3,000 bottles, and each is numbered in the process.

Combining Tradition with New Trends

In southwestern Bulgaria, the Struma River Valley is characterized by alternating cool nights and sunny and hot days. The climate gives the grapes fascinating and memorable aromas that are transferred into the wines of this boutique winery. With attention to every detail and the combination of traditions with the new trends and technologies in winemaking, their wines allow you to enjoy wine masterpieces.

Annual Production at the Winery

Making wine runs through the veins of Nikolay Kiossev, who spent seven years studying and preparing to open his winery while working in his grandfather’s winery. The family-owned boutique winery makes limited and high-quality series’ of white, rosé, and red wines. Besides his grapes, Mr.Kiossev purchases wholesale grape from local producers, but only one of the highest quality. Annually the wine cellar produces around 20,000 bottles of wine. Each wine series consist of 300 to 3,000 bottles, and each is numbered.
