Crafting Exceptional Wines from Rare Manzoni Bianco 6.0.13 Grapes
Stramaret Winery: Nestled in the Heart of Valdobbiadene
Located in the picturesque village of Funer, within the Treviso Province, Stramaret Winery is surrounded by the stunning hills of Conegliano and Valdobbiadene. This family-run winery is committed to producing high-quality organic wines that reflect the unique terroir of the region.
A Legacy of Organic Farming
The Stramaret Winery's story began in 1888 when Giovanni Stramaret established the farm in Funer di Valdobbiadene. Over the years, generations of the Stramaret family have passionately cultivated the land. In 2005, the winery was officially named Stramaret, becoming a notable reference among the Cantine di Valdobbiadene. In 2016, Carlo, the current owner, adopted non-intensive organic farming practices to enhance the quality of their wines.
Wines that Reflect Tradition and Modernity
Spanning 10 hectares, the vineyards of Stramaret Winery primarily feature the Glera grape, which is used to create four distinct wines. Among their offerings is the Valdobbiadene DOCG, alongside local specialties like Vin De Me Jeia. Each wine embodies the essence of the region's tradition and innovation. Additionally, the winery cultivates the rare Manzoni Bianco 6.0.13, as well as high-quality Riesling Rhine and Pinot Blanc, all within the Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG area. With organic certification, Stramaret Winery proudly produces exceptional white and sparkling wines that are sure to please wine enthusiasts.
