The terrines especially prepared by Chef Aurélien Crosato to accompany their great white and red wines are the perfect opportunity to talk about food and wine pairing.
You will taste two white and red Grand Crus Classés wines, such as white Bouscaut in harmony with a sturgeon marinade and red Bouscaut in accord with a pigeon terrine with foie gras.
Here you can taste white wines from Sémillon and Sauvignon Blanc grapes, and red wines from Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Malbec grapes.

Currently, Sophie Lurton and Laurent Cogombles run the winery. The Château Bouscaut winery sits 34 meters above sea level in Graves and overlooks the vineyard.
