After a welcoming ritual in front of the cellar, this 1,5 hour tour starts with a silent walk until their parcel on the hillside. Walking in silence will prepare your body for a 5-senses-experience in nature : seeing – hearing – touching – tasting – smelling.
Enjoy a 10 minutes guided meditation, followed by some all-conscience exercises, and some wine tasting in the middle of their vineyard. This is definitely MORE than a walk ! Make sure you wear the appropriate clothes and shoes (depending on the season) Also bring a towel, or gym mat to sit on.
