Its history has been following that of the city of Bordeaux for 2000 years, profoundly shaping the region and its traditions. When Bordeaux had a monopoly of production, sales and distribution over Great Britain,the vineyards extended to Fronsac, Saint-Emilion, Cadillac, Barsac, Langon.
