First, you will start your journey with a complete visit of the cellar, and you will learn more about the different steps of winemaking. From the grape to the bottle, the wine will no longer have secrets for you !
Then, during lunchtime, you will enjoy a chesse and wine pairing game. In fact, you will learn which cheese to choose, and which one you should avoid.
This gourmet activity includes the visit, a cheese plate, two glasses of wine and a pastry.

La Rose Pauillac, the Oldest Cooperative Winery in Médoc La Rose Pauillac is a cooperative wine producer in the village of Pauillac, about 50 kilometres north of Bordeaux. Established in 1933, it is in fact the oldest wine cooperative in the Médoc region. Originally the cooperative had 20 members and today, almost every producer in Pauillac belongs to La Rose Pauillac, with a total coverage of 25 hectares.
