The guided tour at Adega Jose de Sousa starts in their educational vineyard, where they show the main grape varieties used in their wines. The tour continues in the modern wine cellar with 44 stainless steel tanks, where the entire winemaking process will be explained. We end at the magnificent Adega dos Potes, from 1878, a unique cellar where they conserve and use 114 clay pots to produce special amphora wines.
After the visit, you can enjoy a tasting of 4 wines and taste some regional products like cheese, sausages, bread and olive oil in the tasting room or outside, if weather conditions allow. They even have a wine and regional products shop from where you can buy something as a memory from the tour. Easily book a Wine Tasting and Tour at Adega Jose de Sousa using our online service.
