They will serve you two wines from the tank, followed by two bottled wines, combined with local cheese, salami, and olives. Accompanied by the owner, Vincenzo, tourists are allowed to spend some quality time in the vineyards and gather all the viticulture knowledge. You will be taken to the new cellar, where you can learn every step of wine production.
