Cantina di Santa Croce- Winery with Huge Winemaking Capacity and Team Cantina di Santa Croce was founded in Carpi (MO) in 1907 as an association of grapes producers from the territory of S. Croce and its neighbors. The strong identity of the first members was built around the local vine, which gives its name to Lambrusco Salamino di S. Croce with a protected designation of origin.
