The biodynamic vineyards and olive groves are perched beautifully between the provinces of Siena and Florences. Enjoying the lush terroirs and pedo-climate, the Cesani family produces top-quality wines and extra virgin olive oils.

Azienda Agricola Cesani – Passion for a Sustainable Agriculture Since 1949

In the mid 20th century, Guido and Annunziata purchased the Cesani Estate. They started practicing subsistence farming activities in the 50s. Later, their son Vincenzo acquired the winery, giving birth to new techniques while preserving the family’s winemaking traditions. His focus was more on organic production of wines and olive oils, which his production wine well-recognized among local dwellers. Today, Vincenzo’s daughters, Letizia and Marialusia, handle all the vineyards and the cellars’ processes. The sisters have expanded the cultivated land to 25 hectares, where they grow top-class Sangiovese, Vernaccia Di San Gimignano, and Ciliegiolo.

The rooms are built with typical Tuscan architectural touch and are well-equipped with modern facilities. Furnished with traditional furniture, these rooms are named after the countryside’s colors, such as Cotto, Bluette, Rosa, Lilla, Glicine, etc. Those who want to experience a relaxing time must visit the shady flawless gardens near the swimming pool, admiring the charming views.
