Guests can visit their castle or mansion house in the center of Avenue de Champagne any time of the year. The Villa Signolle mansion is classified as a UNESCO World Heritage site since 2015. The rooms have panoramic views of their Avize vineyards, and you can also visit the cellar to know about their wine production techniques.
You will get to taste three different vintages of Champagne, and it is also possible to arrange champagne paired meals in the castle or in the vault. The winemaker will accompany you and tell you about the qualities and philosophy behind the champagnes.
