Rare and Atypical Champagne Tasting at Champagne Roger-Constant Lemaire
Taste Authentic Champagne at Champagne Roger-Constant Lemaire
€18.00
Founded in 1860, the Estate of Roger-Constant Lemaire is specialized today in the production of rare and atypical champagnes, without using malolactic fermentation, without filtration and without using the fining method. This family specificity makes it possible to produce authentic champagnes, marked by a great freshness in the mouth and by minerality. Our acidity (100% natural) comes from the plant (and not from a bacteria), allowing a pleasant freshness in the mouth. The conservation is also longer, our champagnes are "wines for laying down" so the flavors improve with time. Let yourself be surprised by the aging potential of our products, in particular the Cuvée Trianon and the Vintage Blanc de Blancs. Since 2001, our entire vineyard has been under sustainable viticulture. We respect the land and the vine, we do not use insecticides, acaricides, herbicides or chemical fertilizers, we use alternative methods. High Environmental Value (HVE) classification since 2018. Our production is also vegan. Our champagnes contain a low-level sulphites so they are suitable for people sensitive to it. Indeed, the absence of malolactic fermentation is already a natural conservator for all of our cuvées.
The guided tour includes the visit of our press rooms, wine making rooms and the cellar.
