The first experience is a two-hour full visit and tasting which includes visits to the maturation and aging cellars, the crusher at the Castle of Poppiano, the tower terrace, the dining room, and the wine shop. In this experience, there is the tasting of three wines, extra virgin olive oil, and local products including bread, cold cuts, cheese, and almond biscuits. The second experience is a 1-hour visit and short tasting which includes visits to the aging cellar, the crusher at the Castle of Poppiano, the great tower, and the wine shop where the tasting is conducted. For both experiences, booking is required at least two days in advance.
