You can visit the Fred Jerbis estate in the Friuli region of Italy with your friends and family. They grow herbs and make unique spirits and liqueurs using an Italian recipe from a 1946 liqourology book. Their spirits include Gin, Bitter, Amaro, Vermouth, etc. These spirits have an intense flavor and fragrance and are simple on the taste.
Here you will have two options to choose from. The sensory path includes tasting of three glasses of their spirits along with three dry herbs. The emotional path will have one glass of a spirit, three essential oils, and two fragrances made with their homegrown herbs.
