The journey of the Gianni wine estate begins by a visit to the cellar, where you can see the wines ageing in wooden barrels for months or even years. Apart from the barrels, you can also see the ancient tools and equipment that were used long ago. Get an insight into the winemaking process, and you can even go on a walk through their vineyards and see their harvesting techniques.
After the cellar tour, you can go to the new tasting room that has antique furniture and photographs from their history. Taste three wines, including the Barolo, Dolcetto d’Alba, and Barbera d’Alba paired with local cheeses and cold cuts platter.
