Wine tasting and tour at La Montina
At La Montina, guests will visit Villa Baiana, a restored Villa from the XVII century, its halls and courtyard. On display here are 180 works of art from Remo Bianco. You will visit “Torchio Verticale Marmonier”, a press designed and built by artisans from Brescia in 1999 to recall the concept of gentle pressing and then a tour of the cellar, 7.500mq excavated under the hill and explanation of the Franciacorta method. Also, see the Contemporary Art Museum and illustration of the pieces of art.
After the tour, you will take a pit stop at the wine shop where you can taste some of their best regional Franciacorta wines. Wines are paired with salami from Brescia and Grana Padano cheese.
