In 1918, the great grandfather sowed the seeds to business when he sowed seeds on the hills of Tordera. And since then, there has been no turning back. A family business carried forward with passion, La Tordera has only grown since its start.
The Winery That Strives to Make Things Better
La Tordera aims to use and keep finding ‘greener’ methods so that they can make a more healthier and a more drinkable wine. And their effort towards this goal can be seen in all their procedures from their vineyards which they personally cultivate to their quality control to ensure rich grapes to harvesting being done only by hand. Achieving the Casaclima certification has only made them more driven towards their end goal. It is a certification created with the goal of guaranteeing the sustainability of buildings to wine production.
