Discover the New Wine Store, a Modern Tasting Spot for Tourists in San Pietro di Feletto

UNESCO World Heritage Site

The company is located in San Pietro di Feletto, halfway between the Dolomites and Venice, in the hills of the province of Treviso, in the heart of the Prosecco Superiore Hills, proclaimed a UNESCO World Heritage Site on 7 July 2019. The family: Ernesto and his wife Silvana, mother Elsa and father Osvaldo (known as Aldo), progenitor of the Balbinot family, and their children Marco and Anna.

Le Manzane Cellar

A cellar nestled inside the hill from which come wines that satisfy even the most refined palates. All this is possible not only thanks to the dedication, enthusiasm and experience of the Balbinot family, but also due to the unique geological and microclimatic characteristics of the area. The winery, in fact, takes its name from the locality where the main vineyards extend between Tarzo and Conegliano called Manzana, a hilly strip of morainic origin well exposed to the sun, whose fertile soil is the result of the Würmian glaciation.

The Well-Equipped Estate of Le Manzane

In 2022, a new 8-hectare estate was acquired with outbuildings of cottages where a renovation project of the buildings for hospitality use is being studied and where not only Glera vineyards have been planted, but also Pinot Noir and Incrocio Manzoni with the aim of widening the line of references for the tranquil ones. In the immediate future, the Le Manzane company intends to invest resources not only in Prosecco Superiore Docg, but also to create a 360° circuit that includes agritourism activities, an educational farm and wine tourism. Today the total area is 82 hectares.
The cellar makes use of a technological production plant, hidden inside a hill after an impressive environmental redevelopment work. It uses the most modern thermo-vinification techniques, thermo-conditioned storage and automatic bottling to guarantee the unaltered quality and very nature of the wine.
