Enjoy a visit to the Mas de Daumas Gassac underground cellars. These are established on the foundation of an ancient Gallo-Romain mill where cold temperature and ideal humidity levels provide the best conditions for the making and maturing of the wine. Watch and learn every step that goes into the making of their wines.
Take a seat in the tasting room where you will taste many of their best wines paired with authentic food and snacks. The winemaker will guide you during the tasting and help you understand the qualities of the wines and their magnificent terroir.

Tradition and Love for Winemaking The history of the Mas de Daumas Gassac started when the owner’s parents bought an old farmhouse in Herault’s wild valleys and planted vines here. Aime and Veronique Guibert set up the winery in 1991. Four of their five sons work at the family estate now. Their sons carry forward the tradition and love for winemaking in the same way as their parents. Their wines are made to showcase the qualities of their terroir.
