While sipping on wines, the team will tell you behind-the-scene stories of their estate and how each grape variety is taken care of organically. Enjoy a plate of local products combined with a sticky wine experience, comprising the taste of their exclusive vintages.
If you get lucky, you can meet the winemaker, Florenzo Rista, and ask him about his wine production journey. He will explain every step of wine production in detail. He might also join you during the barrel tasting of the new wines.
