During the last few months we have been doing many developments on our website, one of which is the ability to receive payments from visitors directly when they make bookings. Visitors are much more likely to follow through on their bookings if payment has been made in advance. This also means that we will introduce a commission on confirmed bookings.
The payment solution is hosted by Stripe, all transactions are secured and encrypted, and can be made with all major credit cards. The commission will be 10% on the booking value or a minimum of €2 per person. We will be contacting all wineries individually in a separate mail to explain the terms more fully and to confirm your participation. All other terms are unchanged, meaning there are no listing fees or other fees associated with membership on the site. The new fees will be introduced from March 1, 2021.
