Wonderful hour and a bit spent learning wine making process. Highly recommended Learnt about grape growing, what defines a big vineyard, machines used and holding tanks used for fermentation etc. Saw a video on how oak barrels are made, costs etc and then tasted wine from 2015 to 2020. It's a small vineyard of 50 acres of vines with 120000 bottles produces, but its running a long long time
