Wonderful short trip I'm not a wine connoisseur by any stretch, being more of a beer guy. But the wines I tasted here all were very tasty....something excellent to enjoy your meal with, or just sip on with friends and loved ones. The owner is a great guy by the way, who made an out of towner with his family from the US feel very welcome. Next time I'm in the Mosel Valley region, I definitely want to stop by again. Great setting too, with beautiful hills in the valley, bicyclists everywhere, and small towns. Great stop on the way to Trier!
