Adriano Marco e Vittorio, a Family-Owned Winery with Respect for the Environment
Adriano Marco e Vittorio locates in the central part of the Langhe region in the San Rocco Seno d’Elvio of Piedmont. This traditional family-run winery lives and works with respect for their beloved country in order to obtain a healthy and qualitative, high-quality product. Presently, the estate covers an area up to 50 hectares, out of which vineyards extend up to 30 hectares. The arboreal forest and hazelnut cultivation surrounding the winery, expand over 20 hectares. The Adriano Family is a classic example of a family-run farm, a true tradition in Piedmont. So, the winemaking tradition dates back to the early 1900s, when grandfather Giuseppe, a cereal specialist, started growing the vine. He continued with his son Aldo, with whom they bought a small company and planted the new vines together.
The New Generation
The grandchildren Marco and Vittorio, in turn, cultivated the love of their land and its fruits and expanded the business. Nowadays, Vittorio’s daughter Michela is also contributing her valuable experience and assisting her mother as an export manager in the winery. Marco and Vittorio Adriano cultivate a wide variety of fruitful vines in their vineyards which includes Nebbiolo, Moscato Bianco, and Sauvignon blanc. The aim of the owners at Adriano Marco e Vittorio is producing wines that best reflect the terroir they grow on.
