Baglio Assuli- Situated in a Beautiful region of Sicily
The western side of the island gives the best explanation for the production of excellent wines. The minerals from the soil have been in full use for the cultivation of the grapes. The winery covers 40 hectares of land, which lies in Carcitella (Mazara del Vallo), 17 hectares are in Besi, 56 hectares are in Fontanabianca (Salemi), and the last 18 hectares are in Bosco Scorace. The use of the latest modernized technology and contemporary architecture shows the dedication of the winemakers in the production of the wines.

A brief history about the winery
The winery was founded in 1948 by Cav. Lav. Giacomo Caruso, a successful Siliconentrepreneur, Assuli, is a part of the company group. The company has established its roots in Italy at first. Thus, expansion started to export wines all over the world, owning the century in the 2000s. The maintenance of the traditional canons to cultivate the grapes is an innovative way to obtain the organic wines winning various awards.
Classification of the Wines
The three-necessary ingredient of wineries life is the perfect exposure to the sun, the light and the fertile soil describe the wines’ best personality. The winery is made up of Perlato Sicilia Cofano marble, which adds honour to the family history.
Wines are classified under the label DOC Sicilia where grapes cultivated here are Nero D’Avola, Syrah, Perricone, Insolia, Lucido, Zibibbo, and Grillo. The most excellent quality of red, white and dessert wines are produced here to add taste to your tongue.
