Cantina Li Seddi- Winery located in the Region of Badeshi
Cantina Li Seddi, the winery, is located in the region of Badeshi. The climatic conditions attract a lot of people to visit every year. The family-run business was started by the paternal grandparents of the current owners. The winery began with eight hectares of the vineyard, and now growing at a rapid pace is remarkable.
Winery with Unique Heritage
The winery established in the year 1960, and now it is run by the fourth generation. The territory was part of the Gallura firfdom, from where it gave birth to another beautiful young town Badeshi. The winery covers over 1800 inhabitants into existence, and the tradition has embraced the winemaking culture at its peak. The winery has a unique heritage in the world, with the dense plantation layouts helping in the high-quality production rich in phenolic substances.
Committed and Passionate Wine makers
The company is committed to the quality and passion for working hard. The time has never shredded the roots of the traditional way of making wines despite using the modernized method and equipment. Working with state of the art technology has helped them to extrapolate the high quality of the grapes. The generational rotation has given many difficult phases until 1998, where four hectares of the land decreased.
Due to the sharp decline in wines’ trade, the new generation took the wine culture to the next level of bottled wines production.
The short distance from the sea has given the aromatic taste to the wines. The quality of the wines can be seen in the varieties of grapes cultivated here. Vermentino Di Gallura DOCG and Cannonau are the vines that have given excellent red, white and rose wines.
