The De Claricini wine estate is located around the 17th-century Villa de Claricini Dornpacher, in Friuli’s Bottenicco di Moimacco and the hills of Rubignaco. The farm is a part of the de Claricini Dornpacher complex and takes an olistic approach to oenology and viticulture supported by the knowledge of quantum physics. The wine made by the company is the product of excellent work in the cellar and the vineyards both.

Proper and careful work at the winery

The 150-hectare estate features both vineyards and other cultivations. The natural conditions and soil in the region are perfect for growing high-quality, fruity grapes. They work to preserve the soil’s vitality and use various grape varietals. Infusions, vegetable humus, extracts, etc. are used in the vineyards to retain their health and protect Mother Nature. The main grape types grown here are Friulano, Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Prosecco, Schioppettino, etc. These are used to make their red and white wines.

Wines, cereals, legumes, and pasta

The best grapes are handpicked and brought to the cellar for vinification. Fermentation and ageing of wines take place at controlled temperatures to ensure the wines attain the required taste, structure, and aroma.
