I Pàstini- Winery located in the beautiful region of Puglia
Located in the beautiful region of Puglia, the winery is surrounded by scenic views. The winery resides in the heart of the Valle d’ltria, the Trulli Valley, and the winery I Pastini gives you an ancient glimpse. The modernized way of making wines is in trend, but having a brisk of traditions too is the thing to have a remark on. The vineyard covers 12 hectares of land intending to recover and enhance the indigenous varieties of grapes.
Land destined for the wine
The winery established its roots in the year 1996, which is managed by the Carprelli family. Derived from the Latin name Pastinum gives an insight into the winery as the “Land destined for the wine.” The valley has a sweet profile, which is an ancient and challenging art. The winery has been under the best oenology Apulian knows how to produce. The geographical conditions are one of the kinds to cultivate grapes showing the viticulture of the winery.
Grape Varieties and Different Wine Labels
The winery has excellent exposure to the sun as it is positioned from north to south, witnessing sunrise and sunset. The production of white unique white wines with an aromatic taste shows the hard work and passion of the winemakers.
Wines are under the label of DOC and IGP, thus giving ease to produce red, white, rose, sparkling and dessert wines of different types.
There are Primitivo, Susumaniello, Verdeca, Minutolo, and Bianco d’Alessano different varieties of grapes cultivated.
