Podere 7, the young wine company is located in the Livorno city of the Bolgheri region of Italy. It is a family run winery and the first harvesting of Podere 7 dates back to only 2016.

They aim to follow the tradional Bolgheri style of winemaking but with added innovative twists to their process. The staff follow painstakingly perfect details and put much effort into all batches of wine they produce. Podere 7 produces their wines under the lables Doc Bolgheri and Bolgheri Superiore.

The solid red wines of Podere 7 are a perfect blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc, with aromas of toasted oak, mocha and ripe dark-skinned fruit. This dense palate offers espresso, mature black plum and tobacco alongside chewy tannins. There is a wide range of the varieties of grapes cultivated here at the rich, fertile vineyards at Podere 7. Some of them include Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Merlot, Vermentino, Sauvignon Blanc, and Trebbiano.
