Toni Doro- Winery located in the municipality of Vittorio Veneto
Toni Doro winery was established by Antonio Doro in the municipality of Vittorio Veneto. It is present in a hilly region that is perfect for the Conegliano Valdobbiadene DOCG. The winemaking of the tradition dates back to the 19th century and has been transferred from father to son since then. Massimo and Silvano Doro named the company after their grandfather Toni Doro. They have a strong bond with nature and the land.
This fuels them to use sustainable and eco-friendly methods to preserve the environment of the region.
Vineyards located in the UNESCO World Heritage Site
The vineyards are located between Venice and the Dolomites that is also a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The vineyards are on sunny slopes, and a unique microclimate and favorable soil favor the cultivation of vines here. They work according to the organic and sustainable methods of the Viticultural Protocol. There is no use of chemical fertilizers or herbicides, and a photovoltaic system is present to cover the energy needs. Most of the work, including harvesting, is done strictly by hand.
Visit the Winery for a Pleasant Experience
The main grape that grows here is the Prosecco used to make their authentic Prosecco Superiore sparkling wines. The best methods are used in the cellar to produce wines with a fruity and floral scent. The wine does not have very high notes and can be served at the table or as an aperitif. The wines are unique and are highly valued within their denomination. As it is a small winery, guests and visitors can directly meet the owners and have a pleasant experience here.
