In 2000, his son Peter acquired the winery and continued the family winemaking traditions with full dedication and passion. Later, the company became part of the oldest auction firm of Germany – Bernkasteler Ring, consisting of 34 Moselle winemakers.
The main cultivated grape varieties are Riesling, Spätburgunder, Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz and Syrah
Peter cultivates a broad array of grapes on eight hectares of land in the steep slopes of Schiefer-Steillage Klüsserather Bruderschaft.
