The tour continues with a visit to the Ca' Rugate Wine Museum, recognized as a cultural site of regional interest. This unique venue recounts the history of Veronese viticulture, the evolution of winemaking tools, and the traditions that have made Valpolicella one of Italy's most celebrated wine regions.
At the end of the visit, a guided tasting of five wines awaits you, representing the different souls of Valpolicella, obtained from the native Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella grape varieties and interpreted through different styles and Crus:

My husband, who enjoys collecting fine wines, was so impressed by the special and aromatic wines here that he ordered 15 bottles. Sylvia from this wine shop was very friendly and spoke fluent French, so she explained each wine in great detail. We had the wine delivered to Paris, and Sylvia paid great attention to the details until I received it. I am very grateful to Sylvia and really enjoy the wines here.
