How can I use a Winetourism.com gift card?
You receive a unique code by email. Browse any experience on Winetourism.com — a tasting, a cellar tour, a vineyard stay — and enter the code at checkout. The value of the card is deducted from your booking.
How long is the gift card valid?
Two years from the day of purchase. The exact expiry date is on your gift card and in your confirmation email.
Can I give the gift card to another person?

Validity
Gift cards are valid for 24 months from the date of purchase. Any remaining balance expires at the end of that period and cannot be reinstated.
Redemption
Cards are redeemable solely against experiences bookable on Winetourism.com. They cannot be exchanged, in whole or in part, for cash, nor used outside the platform.
Number of uses
Each gift card may be redeemed once, against a single booking. Once redeemed the card is closed, whether or not a balance remains.
Transfer
Gift cards are transferable. The holder of the unique code is treated as the rightful owner, so please keep the code secure.
Cancellations
Bookings paid with a gift card follow the individual experience's cancellation policy.
