Upon arrival at Terre di Perseto, guests will be warmly greeted by Mrs. Benedetta or a family member. The experience begins with a guided tour of our cellars, including the olive oil production area. Here, we share the rich history of our winery and provide insights into our current production methods, showcasing our machinery and barrels used in the wine and olive oil-making processes.
Following the tour, guests will enjoy a tasting session in our spacious wine-tasting room. Here, you will sample four exceptional wines: two IGT Toscana wines, a Chianti Classico Vintage, and a Chianti Classico Riserva. Additionally, you will taste two premium extra virgin olive oils, served on traditional Tuscan bread. The oils include our signature "Terre di Perseto" and the DOP Chianti Classico Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Each wine and olive oil will be accompanied by detailed explanations of their unique compositions and flavor profiles. To enhance your tasting experience, we provide typical Tuscan crackers and four bruschettas per person, each drizzled with our extra virgin olive oils (two bruschettas per oil). Water is also included to complement your tasting.
