We had the best time. Weather was amazing. The bike rides were so memorable. Through bike rides we were able to see the differences between Grand Cru through regional terroir. The food and wine were amazing as usual. The service is always the best. So many knowledgeable people who really know the area well.

We have traveled with Ellie and Dennis for over 25 years on barges throughout France, at villas in Italy and Spain and then at Cromey (twice). These folks are hospitality experts! A visit to Cromey is an immersion into Burgundy. You will enjoy the surroundings, the wine and the food. It does not get better than this and I know of no way that this experience can be replicated!

A truly memorable experience! Daniel guided us with passion and great expertise on a fascinating journey to discover the wines of Burgundy. Each glass was accompanied by clear, interesting, and never trivial explanations, which really helped us understand what makes these wines unique. The atmosphere was relaxed and friendly, perfect for learning while having fun. I recommend this tasting to anyone who wants to deepen their knowledge of wine in an authentic and enjoyable way!

I have taken many trips withDennis and Ellie Sherman, the owners of Domaine de Cromey, and they have all been terrific! Great food, great wine, great times! You can't do better if you want to experience the best of Burgundy!

Over the years, my wife and I have traveled with Dennis and Ellie all over Western Europe.. they are remarkable hosts an even better people… their home in burgundy, Cromey,, is truly remarkable.. there is truly no better way to experience all that Burgundy has to offer in a more elegant and gracious manner
