The journey begins with a guided tour of the historic cellars and the traditional orciaia, where we carefully age our Laudemio organic extra virgin olive oil. This will be followed by an exclusive tasting of four select wines: a white, a rosé, a red, and our Super Tuscan—intense, elegant, and representative of the mastery and richness of the San Michele a Torri terroir. The wines will be accompanied by a rich Tuscan platter featuring cured meats from our free-range animals, local artisanal cheeses paired with honey from our bees, fresh eggs from our free-range hens, rustic bread made from organic heirloom grains, and a taste of our award-winning Laudemio olive oil. More than a simple tasting, it's a true celebration of sustainable excellence and the profound connection between land, tradition, and flavor. Ideal for those seeking a complete, immersive, and unforgettable experience in the heart of organic Tuscany.
