Bikicki Lab is a guided wine experience through the world of natural wines, fermentation and terroir. The focus is not only on tasting, but on understanding - how and why wine is made exactly the way it is.
On Fruška Gora, an hour from Belgrade and Novi Sad, we make wines from our own organic grapes - with a minimum of intervention. Pet-Nat sparkling wines, white, orange!, red, sweet - the styles are different, but the idea is the same: fine wines with character.
Bikicki Lab is not a classic tasting. It's a guided exploration of wine - how it's made, how it changes and why each glass tells its own story.
