This experience is designed for those who want to go beyond the glass and connect with the living history of Chilean wine and cuisine.
We begin with a tour of our winery, where you'll discover the different winemaking styles that have shaped our journey: from the primitive clay amphorae, our century-old casks, French oak barrels, and concrete tanks, to the arrival of stainless steel in Chile. We will visit the amphorae and barrel rooms to understand how each method influences the character of the wine.
Next, we'll head out to the vineyard to talk about the vine's cycles, harvest styles, and the influence of the Cachapoal Valley's terroir. Here, we also share the story of our family, forged over four generations dedicated to wine with passion.
The experience culminates with a four-course lunch, perfectly paired with our award-winning Reserve and Premium wines that have received over 90 international points and national gold medals.
This is a deep, intimate, and meaningful journey where wine is experienced from its roots to the final toast.
More than a tour, it's an enogastronomic experience.
