Visita guidata dell'azienda con passeggiata fin davanti ai vineti ed agli olivi, passando poi dalla tinaia dove avvengono le fermentazioni dei nostri vino, e dalla bariccaia dove questi vengono affinati, raccontando la storia della DOC Bolgheri, della Famiglia Di Vaira proprietaria dell'azienda e di tutte le fasi di lavorazione, dal grappolo alla bottiglia.

La degustazione si terrà nella nostra sala vista vigneti e comprenderà i vini della linea "Caccia al Palazzo" Bolgheri DOC Vermentino, Rosato e Rosso, ed anche un IGT Costa Toscana Rosso "Le Ballerine". Tutti saranno accompagnati da bocconcini di pane e Olio extravergine di Oliva, sempre di nostra produzione.

We had a visit with tasting accompanied by Chiara, who with great skill and friendliness guided us to discover the estate and its excellent wines. An experience to repeat as soon as possible!

We discovered this gem during our two-week trip to Tuscany. We were completely blown away by the view, the ambience and the friendliness. At the wine tasting we got to know the different wines and enjoyed them very much. We liked it so much that we stayed there three days in a row. We can recommend everyone to visit this winery and try the wines. You won't regret it.

It is a magical place located in silence and peace. All the rooms of the structure are impeccably maintained: cleanliness and decorum. The roses act as sentinels of the vineyards that extend over much of the landscape. The technical explanations during the tour were excellent and interesting. Everything was crowned by the ritual of tasting with a cordial welcome; the sommeliers, with great attention to detail, offered us the tasting of the various wines, revealing the characteristics of each one, combining a board of tasty and genuine cold cuts and fresh and aged cheeses. Is it worth it? Yes! Thank you all for your lovely hospitality.

It was an amazing experience to taste wine surrounded by the beauty of Tuscany. We did a tasting of 3 wines and we ended up buying from all 3 kinds. I really recommend the olive oil as well. We would definitely visit again! Thank you for the great experience.

Very nice and new estate. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. The sommelier who accompanied us to the winery and guided us through the tasting had a disarming enthusiasm. Very good. All four wines tasted were good.
