Upon arrival, you'll be welcomed by Elisabetta near the wine shop, who will begin by telling you about her family's adventure in Poggio delle Grazie.  After a walk through the Corvina vineyards and a visit to the winery, you will be able to take a seat in front of the vineyards and start tasting a selection of five wines made just by vinifying the same grape in different ways!

It will be a fun yet interesting experience to learn about the versatility of this typically Veronese grape variety. You will taste L'Ambizioso, a sparkling wine fermented in the bottle, Chiaretto di Bardolino DOC, Cru LA ROCCA, QUADRIVIUM Corvina in purity, and finally the winery's Metodo Classico made from Corvina grapes, all accompanied by some appetizers prepared with local and seasonal products, such as cheese and cold cuts.
