The visit also includes a tour of our olive mill, Frantoio Villa l’Olmo, where the olive pressing process using granite stones will be demonstrated and explained.

After the guided tour, you’ll enjoy a professional and emotional tasting of 5 Diadema IGT and Supertuscan wines, plus 2 Extra Virgin Olive Oils, in a magnificent panoramic setting.

Beautiful experience and very interesting the production of both oil and wine, Lorenzo very thorough in both explanations. Very suggestive location in the middle of the hills, certainly to be appreciated even with spring and summer days.

Such a spectacular tasting ! Stefania was amazing and so informative and kind! We ended up with a private tasting! She answered all our questions and more! Best first stop on the wine trail! The olive oil and wine tour is a must here!
