An expert will introduce you to the world of Supertuscan wines and extra virgin olive oil, explaining the different Tuscan territories and wine certifications.
Enjoy a detailed tour of the winery with a full immersion into the history of wine, fermentation techniques, and the aging process.
The visit also includes a tour of our olive mill, Frantoio Villa l’Olmo, where the olive pressing process using granite stones will be demonstrated and explained.
After the guided tour, you’ll enjoy a professional and emotional tasting of 5 Diadema IGT and Supertuscan wines, plus 2 Extra Virgin Olive Oils, in a magnificent panoramic setting.
