Come and discover the underground cellar. We will tell you about our work, inspired by the principles of sustainability, and we will show you the geological section, a section of rock where you can “read” the lava stratifications that make Etna wines so special.
Tasting:
Our interpretation of the Etna terroir, the organic and sustainable wines of the classic deAetna line:
- Etna Rosato Doc deAetna
- Etna Bianco Doc deAetna
- Etna Rosso Doc deAetna
The tasting is accompanied by traditional Etna bread seasoned with organic EVO oil from the olive groves surrounding the vineyards.

We went for the tasting, with a visit to the vineyard and the cellar. Excellent wines, perfect welcome and we also tasted many delicacies of the area. Highly recommended!!!

Would highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Sicily. My partner and I went booked the wine and lunch experience which was incredible. We were the only ones there so ended up having a private tour of the vineyard by a very knowledgeable guide. After this we returned to the winery, which is beautifully decorated and modern, for a tour of the processing facilities and a run through of their vintages and the local geography that contributes to the flavour of the wine. We then commenced the wine tasting, enjoying seven different and delicious wines interspersed with a simple, but absolutely delicious lunch. I cannot overstate how good the food here was in particular, in addition to the great wine! Highly recommend to anyone in the area. Don’t miss out!

The long drive from Catania to Giardini Naxos this time includes a stop for a tasting at Vini a Terra Costantino. I couldn't resist the curiosity to try their Ancestrale Rasola wine (mainly Nerello Mascalese grapes), now I was enchanted. The Aetna white wines made from Catarratto and Carricante grapes also have their charm and I deliver accordingly. The courteous welcome was guaranteed to me by the "Hospitality Manager" Salvatore Spampinato, who met all my requests and prepared a sturdy package for transport by bike.
