Your day begins aboard a beautifully restored traditional Dalmatian wooden boat. As we leave Dubrovnik behind, you'll cruise through the crystal-clear waters of the Adriatic while learning about Croatia's rich wine heritage, indigenous grape varieties, and the unique history of winemaking along the Dalmatian coast.

During the journey to the island of Šipan, you'll enjoy a guided tasting of carefully selected Croatian wines and traditional rakija, paired with local specialties including artisan cheeses, olive oil, homemade preserves, fresh seasonal fruit, and other regional delicacies.
