Ninety minutes, eight wines and one big story that runs from sparkling, through crisp whites all the way to deep red. Accompanied with selection of cheese, cured meats and thick slices of our sourdough bread. We start with a glass of fizz on the rooftop for a panorama of the vineyards and finish down in the barrel cellar.
