The Wine Compass est une cave à vin située au cœur de Dijon, dans la cave voûtée d'un bâtiment classé du XIXe siècle.
Nous organisons des dégustations de vins de Bourgogne et de toute l'Europe, pour les locaux et les touristes curieux de découvrir la région.
Toutes nos dégustations sont accompagnées de charcuteries et de fromages (veuillez nous informer de toute allergie et/ou exigence alimentaire particulière).

Né dans le Jura, j'ai grandi non loin des vignobles de la Côte de Beaune
- Après avoir obtenu un master en langues étrangères appliquées au commerce et aux affaires à Dijon en 2015, j'ai mis mes compétences linguistiques à profit dans ma passion pour les vins et spiritueux lors de stages chez Cassissium à Nuits-Saint-Georges et chez NobleWine à Munich, en Allemagne.

I was absolutely thrilled with Wine Compass!!! A warm welcome, excellent advice, and a truly fantastic wine selection for our trip to Italy. You immediately feel at home, whether you're a wine connoisseur or not. The atmosphere is friendly and relaxed; you can take your time to chat, discover the wines, and enjoy them. It's definitely a place you'll want to return to. I wholeheartedly recommend it! A big thank you to Mathieu for this wonderful evening!

This was our second visit to Matthieu's cozy wine cellar. Our group of four was welcomed by Pauline, who introduced us to the secrets of Burgundy wines in both French and German. Her explanations were very informative and engaging; we completely lost track of time. It was exciting for us to taste wines from small and previously unknown producers. We highly recommend "The Wine Compass" and look forward to our next visit.

We took the Burgundy master class with Matthieu and absolutely loved it. He’s incredibly knowledgeable, and he made the learning and tasting both fun and accessible. His passion for Burgundy really shines through, and the wines he selected were excellent. He also did a great job translating seamlessly between French and English, making everyone feel included. He also provided local recommendations for dining, as well as information on our self-drive tour the following day. Highly recommend.
