Established in 1860, Champagne Roger-Constant Lemaire specializes in crafting rare and unique champagnes. Our production methods are distinct: we avoid malolactic fermentation, filtration, and fining, resulting in authentic champagnes that showcase remarkable freshness and minerality. The natural acidity in our wines comes directly from the grapes, ensuring a delightful taste experience. Our champagnes are designed for aging, with flavors that develop beautifully over time. Notable selections include the Cuvée Trianon and the Vintage Blanc de Blancs.
Since 2001, we have embraced sustainable viticulture, prioritizing the health of our land and vines. We refrain from using insecticides, herbicides, and chemical fertilizers, opting for environmentally friendly practices. Our commitment to sustainability has earned us High Environmental Value (HVE) classification since 2018. Additionally, our champagnes are vegan-friendly and contain low levels of sulfites, making them suitable for those with sensitivities. The absence of malolactic fermentation serves as a natural preservative for all our cuvées.
