Renosu Wine Tasting and Local Platter in Romangia

Sardinia, Italy

1h 30m

About this experience

Winery tour, Renosu tasting and local food platter in Romangia.

This experience introduces guests to the world of Tenute Dettori through the Renosu wines, the family’s everyday wines: Bianco and Rosso. “Renosu” means “sandy” in Sardinian, like the soil where these wines are born. They may seem simple, but they are made with the same philosophy as all the estate’s wines: bush-trained vineyards, spontaneous fermentations, no filtration and no standardisation.

The experience begins with a visit to the winery, where guests discover the Dettori family’s work, biodynamic farming, natural winemaking and the use of traditional cement vats. The visit is followed by a tasting of the two Renosu wines, served with a bottle of water and a platter of local cured meats and cheeses. Upon request and when available, a vegetarian version of the platter can also be prepared.

This is a direct, authentic and informal experience, designed for guests who want to discover Tenute Dettori and Romangia through the wines the family drinks every day at the table. A simple and genuine encounter with one of the iconic names of natural and biodynamic wine in Sardinia.
