Combined with typical dishes of our territory, our Evo olive oil with various sorts of Altopascio D.O.P. cereal bread with saffron and corn flour, with turmeric, chestnut flour, and finally spelled, bruschetta with tomato, Tuscan ham.

A tasting experience accompanied by a qualified Sommelier to discover the flavors, aromas and secrets that each of our wines contains, introducing you to the wonderful world of Fattoria Carmignani wines.

We visited this place for a wine tasting. We sampled three wines, plus two more that the owner offered us. Excellent wines, which we then bought to savor at our leisure. The vineyard we visited was beautiful and captivating, bathed in the golden light of the sunset. All in all, a wonderful experience. Thank you 🌟

Beautiful location, excellent wines. The woman who accompanied us was very kind and knowledgeable. We enjoyed a wine tasting with cured meats and cheeses (Smartbox). We then purchased several bottles of their production at a truly reasonable price. Both the farmhouse and the cellar are beautiful.

Due to a change in timings we requested an earlier wine tasting and Elena was more than happy to accommodate. We were lucky enough to witness Sabrage to celebrate beginning of the harvest. We experienced a wine and olive oil tasting as well as a tour of the vineyard. The wines were delicious and Fredarica explained them all detail. The food paired with the wine choices were exceptional and the ricotta with lemon thyme was a highlight. A wonderful afternoon in the Tuscan countryside.

We came in with a a large group including adults and children and they were extremely accommodating. The wine tastings paired with various foods were spectacular and made for a very fun atmosphere. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a chill and quality experience.
