Join us for an unforgettable wine tasting experience in the heart of Maremma, Tuscany. During this session, you will sample 4 to 6 exquisite wines, including exclusive tastings directly from the barrels where they are maturing. Engage your senses as you imagine the flavors and aromas these wines will develop over the next six months to a year.
Your tasting will be led by our skilled Enologist and third-level Sommelier Ais, ensuring you gain valuable insights into the winemaking process. To complement the wines, we will provide a selection of local snacks, including artisanal cheeses and cured meats, enhancing your tasting experience.
Weather permitting, we invite you to stroll through our picturesque vineyards. Enjoy breathtaking views of the lush woods and rolling hills that define the stunning Maremma landscape. This is not just a tasting; it’s a chance to connect with the essence of Tuscany’s winemaking tradition.

We made a spontaneous detour to this Fattoria while looking for local organic olive oil and were not disappointed! A small gravel path leads down from the road - we briefly wondered if we had taken a wrong turn, but we were in the right place. When we got there, we were greeted by three really friendly German shepherds, then by the even friendlier owner. She explained a bit about the ingredients used and her work (in perfect English) and we were allowed to try the oil. Of course we took some home with us - a clear recommendation!

I dropped in unannounced at the idyllic Fattoria this afternoon and was given a very friendly welcome and advice by Rosella. The olive oil is uniquely soft and tasty, just as I wanted it to be! Afterwards I had a very nice chat with the owner in the beautiful outdoor area with a wonderful view of the landscape. It was a very nice experience to spend time here!

We spontaneously went to Rossella for a wine tasting today and were given a very warm welcome in a great family atmosphere. Thank you very much for the great advice and for patiently explaining all of our questions ;-) The red wines really have a great price/performance ratio and, in our opinion, deserve a 5* rating. We don't plan on leaving with 2 boxes and are looking forward to enjoying them at home. Thank you very much and all the best to you, Boris & Sabine
